1) another / other / the other の使い分け

another＝「もう一つの／別の（不特定の1つ）」、other＝「他の（複数・不可算も）」、the other＝「（二者のうち）もう一方／残りの1つ（特定）」。

• another + 単数可算名詞：もう1つ追加・別の1つ（例：another idea）
• other + 複数/不可算：他のいくつか／他のもの全般（例：other questions / other information）
• the other + 単数：2つのうち残りの1つ（例：the other option）

2) some / any の使い分け

some＝肯定文・依頼・提案に多い／「いくらか（前向き）」、any＝疑問・否定・条件に多い／「いくらでも・一つでも（幅広い/ゼロ含む）」。

• 肯定文 → some（例：I have some time.）
• 否定・疑問 → any（例：Do you have any questions? / I don’t have any time.）
• 依頼・提案でも肯定形なら some（例：Would you like some tea?）
• 「どれでも」「一つでも」の幅を出したい疑問は any（例：Is there any chance we can…?）
