エージェントに登録する時の英語スキル記載方法
転職エージェントの登録フォームでは、英語スキルの自己申告が求められることが多くあります。ここでは、初級者でも安心して書ける表現と、スコア・実務経験の有無に応じた記載例を紹介します。
1. スコアがある場合
- TOEIC 650 / TOEIC Listening & Reading 650
- IELTS Overall 6.0
- 英検準1級 / Eiken Grade Pre-1
例文：
TOEIC Listening & Reading: 650 (tested in May 2025)
（TOEIC Listening & Reading：650／2025年5月受験）
IELTS Academic: Overall 6.0 (tested in March 2024)
（IELTSアカデミック：総合6.0／2024年3月受験）
※「tested in ○○」と書くと受験時期が明確になり、信頼度が上がります。
2. スコアがない場合（学習状況で示す）
- Currently studying business English through online lessons.
- Improving English proficiency with daily self-study and TOEIC preparation.
例文：
Currently improving English skills through daily study and weekly conversation practice.
（毎日の学習と週1回の会話練習で英語力を向上中）
Focusing on TOEIC preparation with a goal of 600+ within 6 months.
（6か月以内にTOEIC600点以上を目指して学習中）
3. 実務経験をアピールする場合
- Used English for email correspondence with overseas suppliers.
- Participated in weekly meetings with global team members.
例文：
Used English for internal communication and reading technical documents.
（社内コミュニケーションや技術文書の読解に英語を使用）
Attended online meetings with overseas clients once a month.
（海外顧客とのオンライン会議に月1回参加）
4. 初心者が避けたいNG表現
- 「English: Beginner」だけの記載（弱く見える）
- 「English: None」（ゼロと見なされ求人紹介が制限される可能性）
- 根拠のない「Fluent」「Native」表記
5. 書き方のコツ
- 具体的なスコア・期間・頻度でレベル感を示す
- 学習中でも「目標」を併記すると前向きな印象になる
- 業務経験は「頻度＋内容」で説明
