接続：Additionally / Moreover / In particular / As a result
根拠：based on my experience in… / with a track record of…
貢献：contribute by… / help the team (to)… / drive improvement in…

◆ よくあるNGと直し方

抽象的すぎる：“I like your company.” → 具体化：”because of your mission to… / your product that…”
自分語りのみ：過去の説明だけ → Value（入社後の貢献）を必ず入れる
長すぎる：150語以内。Fit→Why→Valueの3文でOK
